nope i do have a very good set on him He is just not as good as bailu imo Maybe he does nt suit my play style But i do personally get more utility from bailu then luocha

Go for 3* Multiplication V (Advances the next action by 20% after a basic attack). His passive healing is basically what Warmth does anyway, but better
