He usually initiate his passive with ultimate and when his passive is activated he heal non stop every your team attack for 2 rounds, beside any of 4* con is good for him and don't affect his game play a lot
why is Post-Op Con even recommended? He doesnt heal with his ult the healing bonus will be wasted. Shared feeling is better.
i had low expectations for this guy because all the famous content creators doomposted this guy on youtube but he has been an exceptionally great character for my acc. hsr feels too easy now because of him...

OMG YES i got luocha but i also want huohuo and i have no guaranteed but i heard shes coming out quite a few patches later so im okay for now
just wanna inform his bis planar ornament set will be in Simulated Universe World 7 so just use whatever planar you guys have for now.
if youre questioning whether to get him or not just skip him. go for the characters you know you have always wanted.

Man I'm so tempted to roll on Luocha but I already have Gepard, March 7th, and Bailu built up. Hopefully, they'll be able to carry my teams in moc. Plus, Huohuo is just too damn adorable and I gotta save up for other characters a few patches into the future ༎ຶ‿༎ຶ
Yeah, people in this thread comparing him to a standard 5 star. Of course he's going to be a better pick because he's a limited banner character.
building him with a lot of spd and err so i can hear akira ishida's hot voice more often 😌
his only problem is i cant have him for both side of forgotten hall teams

It is just for the team party-wide ATK increase HP is just more survivability for Luocha himself
why fleet of the ageless if it gives hp? (not that good at building chars so if someone could explain it would help, thanks)
Got Baliu at lv 80 with full +15 relics. Just gotten my Locha to level 70 with average + 12 relics. Locha synergies much better with overall team and does better in multiple areas than Bailu. Main shortfall will be when Locha unable to get his field up when enemies does consecutive AOE damage. In all aspect. Locha handsdown the better healer.
I think people were just getting too used to play healer as emergency button only. luocha brings new playstyle and a lot of people takes time to adapt with him.
Ikr. even trash build low level luocha already heals better than bailu
Saying that Bailu is better than Luocha is an insane level of coping ngl or just a bait
