super boring character all that is kind agood is auto heal ..rest just bs on his kit Ad for no reason Aoe ult for no reason super mid chatacter
the purpose is any form of dmg u deal can heal your team. thats the kind of offensive healer he is. keep coping he is meta af.
Facts? Okay facts. How about the fact that Luocha has resistance to crowd control defects, auto-heals (and as a result, auto dispels weaknesses), can keep a high healing uptime with his talent and all around lowers skill point needs? Those are facts. I use to run Bailu, heck mine is E2 due to bad beginning luck and she can do work, but Luocha easily out performs her. I have never really needed a revive with Luocha because of his healing uptime. Also, Bailu hits weaker than Luocha. -.-
his field reminds me of kazuha's burst. the green is calming and comforting. 😌
Luocha is the 5th tankiest character in the game he gets a lot of hp and def just from traces. His base hp is also one of the highest. He can tank don't worry 😙. Not his fault if you suck at gaming and keeps dying always depending on Bailu's revive lol. LuoCHAD makes sure no one dies in the first place with his out of turn heal. Atk scaling means he benefits from party wide buff. He just keeps winning when more Harmony characters who provide party wide buff get added into the game. Cry about it
I wish this Seelesimp learn to spell already. It is so obvious lol. Keep being in denial/jealous. Calling his heal single target?Look up his talent. "Buff dispeller ult's useless."right... Abundance character can do 30k+ overworld no buff while dispelling buff like a nihility character. But can your fav dps do this while healing the team? You sound so mad Hoyo decided to give him all the excellent utilities lol keep it up it's entertaining.
Is Luocha good? short answer = Yes, free heal + remove debuff once in a while as long as you are not One Turn Kill'd, Overheal passive, ultimate debuff enemies [disabling that annoying vampire boss with his 2 mobs immortality is worth it].
who cares if shes the only surviving when everyone else dies when she gets ccd. luocha at least gets ccd once in a blue moon and still has his field so the rest of characters can continue heal themselves by attacking enemies when he cant do anything lol. if you die with luocha with your team just drop the game. play easier game. this game should be ez enough to clear moc 10 with half assed build luocha.
luochad dispelling buff with ult >>> bailu mid emergency ult heal
we all know you have him so you do moc without dying 🙊 you tried so hard to ditch him and hate him but cant becuz he is carrying your team
even if you dont have her everyone here can tell you are her simp and will do anything to bad talk every other characters. or plot twist you are actually seele's hater and trying to make everyone despises seele with your attitude 🤔 its working congrats lol
