In Sandgate Village, Valley of Despair, you can summon the First Prince of Flowing Sands by interacting with the cliff when you have Pungent Flesh Chunk.
During this fight, there's a large wall that can be broken by the First Prince's attacks which will reveal a passage where the Loong Scales is.
How to Beat First Prince of Flowing Sands
The Loong Scales allows you to unlock the hidden Loong bosses' areas to fight them. Just interact with the environment to reveal the secret entrance to their arena.
