How to Get Loong Scales

Obtain from the First Prince of Flowing Sands Boss Fight

In Sandgate Village, Valley of Despair, you can summon the First Prince of Flowing Sands by interacting with the cliff when you have Pungent Flesh Chunk.

During this fight, there's a large wall that can be broken by the First Prince's attacks which will reveal a passage where the Loong Scales is.
