Legendary Celica is one of the best green mages in terms of speed, especially now with the added effects of Dive-Bomb and Null Follow-Up to her weapon. Ascended Hilda is also one of the best offensive heroes in terms of speed. She also provides access to Velocity 3 for inheritance and can give you an Ascendant Floret if this is your first time getting her.
