When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Lowen are +Atk and -Res. Due to Lowen's mediocre base 38 Spd, he will need to rely on his Atk stat to deal relevant damage in combat.
While his Def is very high at base 49, Cavalry units are not suited to playing tank roles. Leave the tanking duties to the Infantry and Armored units.
Lowen's Res is a clear dump stat and can be safely taken as a bane as it won't impact any of his matchups.

Apprentice Lance grants all the common modern-day weapon effects like bonus stats, true damage, true damage reduction, and Special manipulation. What differentiates it from other weapons is the 3Rx3C support it provides, granting allies extra bonus stats and true damage.
While it is not a gamebreaking weapon, it comes complete with everything Lowen needs to be competitive.
Lowen takes 1.5x damage from cavalry-effective weapons like Thani or Binding Reginleif, and one blow from this type of weapon will deal significant damage. Make sure you know what weapons you are up against before hopping too far into the line of battle!
