+Spd / -Res

The best IVs for Attuned Eliwood are +Spd and -Res. Eliwood's base 48 Spd, raised to 52 with a superboon, allows him to keep up with all the fast metagame units and prevent follow-up attacks from those foes in combat. This indirectly increases Eliwood's survival rate by taking fewer attacks overall.

Eliwood's Res is a clear dump stat at only base 18 and can be safely taken as a bane.
