When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Attuned Eliwood are +Spd and -Res. Eliwood's base 48 Spd, raised to 52 with a superboon, allows him to keep up with all the fast metagame units and prevent follow-up attacks from those foes in combat. This indirectly increases Eliwood's survival rate by taking fewer attacks overall.
Eliwood's Res is a clear dump stat at only base 18 and can be safely taken as a bane.

Comrade's Axe is a complete weapon that grants offense, defense, mobility, and support, all at once. While it doesn't excel in one particular trait, it provides all the necessary benefits that modern day weapons grant to their wielders, allowing Eliwood to compete with all the top metagame heroes.

Gathered Flames granting both Null Follow-Up and Tempo helps him trigger it faster, especially with Comrade's Axe's Special jumping effect. The 【Potent Follow X%】 takes some work to set up properly, but it is a very powerful effect that can swing the tide of combat easily.
Attuned Eliwood takes 1.5x damage from cavalry-effective weapons like Thani or Binding Reginleif, and one blow from this type of weapon will deal significant damage. Make sure you know what weapons you are up against before hopping too far into the line of battle!
