+Spd / -Def

The best IVs for Entwined Ninian are +Spd and -Def. Ninian's base 48 Spd, raised to 52 with a superboon, allows her to keep up with all the fast metagame units and prevent follow-up attacks from those foes in combat. This indirectly increases her survival despite her low Def and Res stats.

We recommend -Def due to it being lower than Res, but both stats can be chosen as a bane safely. As a frail refresher unit, Entwined Ninian shouldn't be investing into her bulk.

Bound by Ice is a basic weapon that debuffs foes from a distance and grants Entwined Ninian various in-combat effects to make her competitive in battle.

While these effects do not stand out, they are still useful, especially on a refresher support unit.

Dragon's Twirl is what separates Entwined Ninian from other refresher units. Each use grants both Ninian and the target ally Atk/Spd+6, 【Dominance】, and 【Range: 2 Style】, allowing them more options in combat.

Granting 【Range: 2 Style】 to an ally of your choice is an incredibly powerful effect, and adding 【Dominance】 on top of that to amplify their damage further will significantly improve the performance of your allies in combat.

Using Dragon's Twirl also allows Entwined Ninian to refresh her turn, albeit with a 2 turn cooldown. This effect is present on other Ninian alts and is still powerful to this day.
