How to Get Istarelle

How to Get
Area: 5-1

Get During Pure White World Tendency

If you have Pure White World Tendency in the Valley of Defilement, a ladder will appear near the area with the small rats below where the Filthy Old Woman initially appears. Following this path will take you to an area with 3 Giant Depraved Ones. Dispatch them if necessary and grab the spear from the ground.

Istarelle Analysis

Poison and Plague Resistance

One unique aspect of the Istarelle is that it grants resistance to Poison and Plague. It also raises your Faith significantly so you may use this to your advantage.

However, it's attack power is very low. If you are after spears, it's better to just use Winged Spear with its high attack power.
