The Temper Tweelus can be encountered in the last area before exiting the dungeon.

Two Temper Tweelus can be found in the cave just before you reach the peak of Hebra Mountain, where the entrance to the Mount Lanayru Rift is located.

How to Beat Temper Tweelus

Bomb Them with Bombfishes

The most effective way to deal with a Temper Tweelus and get its echo is to throw Bombfishes at them. A thrown Bombfish will attract a nearby Temper Tweelus and blow up on its face. Repeat this a few times until it's defeated.
