Found jumping across the waters of the room where you defrost the ice.
After successfully defrosting the ice by solving the mechanism puzzle on B4 of Lanayru Temple, return to the main area with multiple pathways and head to the right. Here, you'll find Tektite Lv. 2 jumping over the defrosted waters.
Since the battlefield consists mostly of water with only a few metal bars to stand on, it's impractical to summon a ground Echo, as it will likely fall into the water. Tektite Lv. 2 also bounces around frantically, making it hard to target.
To counter this, summon an Echo that can jump even while underwater, such as Lizalfos Lv. 3. This Echo can reach its target by jumping and attacking, allowing you to effectively engage Tektite Lv. 2.
