Obtained in Suthorn Forest

Octorok Echo Location

From the village, head north to encounter Octorok.

Head towards Suthorn Prairie, which is located just north from the Suthorn Village.

How to Beat Octorok

Summon a Peahat Echo

You can send out a Monster Echo that can deal range attacks or inflict damage on areas surrounded by water.

A recommended echo to use is the Peahat Echo so that it would spin towards the Octorok and damage it.
