The Stuffed Toy Echo can be found in Hyrule Cemetery Underground.

Summon Ignizol Echoes to Light Up Braziers

To access the Hyrule Cemetery Underground, light the two braziers on either side of the black gravestone using an Ignizol Echo. Once both are lit, an entrance to the underground will open. Climb down to proceed.

Use Bind to Get Stuffed Toy

The Stuffed Toy will be located on top of stacked crates in the center of the first area. Use Bind to pull down the top crate and reach the Stuffed Toy. Be cautious of the Ghinis in the area, so it's best to deal with them first before obtaining the Echo.
