How to Fire Mortar |

The Auxiliary Weapon button is either the L1 for PS5, LB for Xbox, or Q for PC. Hold the Auxiliary Weapon button to aim the mortar.
Aiming the mortar won't show a reticle, but will show an impact point on where it'll land.
Once you're fixated on an enemy, press the Fire Weapon button to launch mortar bombs at the location of your choosing. The indicator will turn red once you press the Fire Weapon button.
The projectile speed takes about 5 or more seconds to hit depending on how far your target point is, which may cause you to miss fast enemy ships. Adjusting your aim is key to hit enemies with these bad boys.
Note that mortars have long reload times, so it's recommended to use mortars to start fights, hitting enemies while they're idle.
