How to Clear When Archenemies Meet
Throw an Illumina Orb at the far away Primarina

The very first thing you will need to do is hit the Primarina with an Illumina Orb. It is quite far away, so you'll need to move forward a bit first.
The trick to hitting it is to aim your camera upward, just above where you can't see Primarina, then throw an orb high in the air. If you can't hit it before reaching the leaning palm tree, simply Retry from the pause menu.

Use Fluffruit to lure the Seviper out
A Seviper is hidden in the bushes, so throw Fluffruit at it to bring it out. It will then wait for the nearby Zangoose to approach.

Get a picture of Seviper in battle with Zangoose
Once they begin to battle, snap a photo to complete the request. Note that both Seviper and Zangoose must be in the photo, and Seviper must be the target, or else you won't meet the request's condition.
Get a 4 Star Zangoose photo as well
Snapping a photo of the battle with Zangoose as the target will also earn you Zangoose's 4 star pose. Since you will be very close, it is a good chance to get a high scoring photo.

Meranda over 4 yearsAs soon as you start the course, throw an Illumina orb out towards Primarina on the rock. This will make her jump off the rock and swim left, instead of right. Making Zangoose chase her in that direction; leading him closer to Seviper. Zangoose will then run ahead and start practicing his attacks in front of the bush. Make sure you hit Seviper with a Fluffruit to lure him out. This will then trigger their epic fight. ~Meranda
