Very important to first scan and choose the alternative route before you hit leafeon with the fruit, otherwise it won’t work and it will just disappear through the trees before you can play the music
You also have to throw an orb at Swampert, if you don't they just sit there staring at each other.
Throw an orb at the flower just before the swamp route, then scan the footprints to get access to the swamp.
Okay, so I can't do this swamp route. My scanner doesn't have the scan icon so even when I throw a fluffruit at Leafeon, I can't choose to go to the swamp route.
