Park (Night) Walkthrough: List of Pokemon and How to Unlock
To make Vespiquen appear, you need to toss an Illumina Orb at the first Crystabloom you see when you enter the flower field. You can find it to the right of the path.
A few seconds after tossing the Illumina Orb, Vespiquen will appear in the middle of the flower field. Take a photo of her before you leave the course to complete the request.
There are no obtainable rewards for completing this request.

Hello! After starting to follow this guide to 100% the game, I'd like to point out that, while you do need Vespiquen to appear, the pokémon you need to take a picture of is Combee!
