You can take a 2 Star photo of Eldegoss by hitting it with Fluffruit and taking a photo as it reacts to being hit. We suggest waiting until one of the Eldegoss lands while in Research Level 3 of the Ruins to make it an easier target to hit.

At the start of the Ruins at Research Level 3, you can see a lone Eldegoss flying along the same narrow corridor you are passing. When Eldegoss is close to the Crystabloom at the end of the corridor, toss an Illumina Orb at the Crystabloom to make Eldegoss glow. Take a photo of the Eldegoss as it smiles in the air. You can use Turbo Boost before hitting the Cystabloom to get a closer shot of Eldegoss.

To take a 4 Star photo of Eldegoss, you need to follow the steps to completing the Blowing Seeds request and take a photo of Eldegoss attempting to heal Natu with its seeds.

To get a good score on the 4-star photo, the Eldegoss you want to target is the one that lands just left of and facing the door to the ruins; you pass right by it during the route for a good chance at a close-up shot, and it's close enough to the spawn point of the door Natu that it'll fire off its seeds *immediately* upon that Natu hitting the ground on entry, which is a lot easier to set up than getting the Natu to run past the more distant ones or luring it somewhere else.
