At the beginning of Snowfields (Night), you can find several Mightyena roaming around the first area of the course. Select any of the Mightyena and take a close-up photo of it. For the photo to count as a 1 Star, make sure the Mightyena is not performing any action, such as barking.

Near the start of Snowfields (Night), you can find a small pack Mightyena trying to chase down a Furret. Wait until the Furret escapes from the pack around halfway through the course. Once the Mightyena have lost interest in the Furret, toss some Fluffruit near one of them. Let the Pokemon eat the Fluffruit and take a photo as it wags its tail.

To take a 3 Star photo of Mightyena, you need to capture it as it is barking at the player. Though this behavior is common all around the Snowfields (Night) course, the best location to take this photo is near the start of the course with the Mightyena to the left of the path. Keep your camera focused on the Mightyena until it notices the player and begins to bark.

For a 4 Star photo of Mightyena, follow the steps on how to clear the Howling at the Heavens request. But before they run to the cliff, throw an Illumina Orb at the Crystabloom below the ground. Make sure to get a close-up shot of a howling Mightyena on a cliff to achieve 4 Star Diamond.
