You can take a photo of Torkoal in the blue magma room of the Volcano course at Research Level 2 or higher. Once you enter the room, take a photo of Torkoal as it is either standing still or walking around to get a 1 Star photo.

In the blue magma room, you can find a Torkoal walking around the lava floor. Hit the Torkoal with a Fluffruit and take a photo of its reaction while it is being hit.

As you enter the blue magma room and pass the Torkoal walking around the lava floor, you can spot a Crystabloom next to the center pillar of the room. Toss an Illumina Orb at the Crystabloom and quickly take a photo of Torkoal while it is illuminated.
