I just got this one today! You have to be on level 2, and wake up both of the sleeping Yanmega at the start of the course with the Melody player. Then, as you're going over the river near the ruins, keep an eye to your left, where the Magikarp is, but up. The Yanmegas will come back, flying over the cliffs.
The third Ledian is on the left just past the 2nd Ledian, it's hanging on the wall just before the tree (above the 2 Morelull). If you play the music as you pass the 2nd Ledian you'll be able to see the 3rd one waking up as the music ends. Also, don't forget to hit them with an orb after they wake up. I forgot that part several times lol
Can't seem to get the Ledian to dance for me. It's the only pokemon I'm missing from the map. When attempting to hit all 3 on trees I'm only seeing 2 Ledian (with the 3rd location being the ruins crystal)
Could you please explain how to get yanmega to appear on the map left of the ruins (to the left of the magikarp icon)? I’ve been trying for hours.

OMG!! THIS JUST HAPPENED TO ME!! I have absolutely no idea though how to replicate it
There is ANOTHER secret path in jungle night. You can break the branch you are in toucannon tree and fall down to the ground.
There is a way through the swamp and one through behind the waterfall.
