To take a 1 Star photo of Eevee, go to Research Camp and start the course near the Research Lab. Once you get closer to Eevee, focus your camera on it and play a Melody. Wait for it to sit down and wag its tail in a circular motion. Then, take a close-up shot to achieve 1 Star Diamond.

Upon reaching the porch area at Research Camp, look for Trubbish on the table near the water trough. Once found, try to hit it with a Fluffruit. Hitting Trubbish will make Eevee run and go to the center of the field.
Focus your camera on Eevee and wait till you get closer. Once you are closer, hit it with a Flufftruit to trigger Eevee to do an alert pose. Take a close-up shot to achieve 2 Star Diamond.

Taking a 3 Star photo of Eevee is similar to 2 Star. But before hitting Trubbish with a Fluffruit, make sure you are near them for you to see Eevee's reaction. Take a close-up shot of an angry Eevee to achieve 3 Star Diamond.
