Start Reef (Evening) at Research Level 1. Proceed through the course and take the Branching Route.
Wait for the Neo-One to get close to the farthest Lapras and throw a Fluffruit near it. Take a photo of it eating the fruit to complete the request.
Completing this request will reward you with the following collectible: Ocean Sunset.
