You can take a 2 Star photo of Tyranitar by feeding it Fluffruit. You first need to wake up the Tyranitar by luring the Lycanroc to the right to Tyranitar. Once Lycanroc is near, Tyranitar will wake up and attempt to chase it. After Lycanroc escapes, toss a Fluffruit near Tyranitar and take a photo as the Pokemon eats it.

Toss an Illumina Orb at the Crystabloom to make Tyranitar come out of the vortex. After a while, Lycanroc will run over to Tyranitar and Tyranitar will start roaring and attacking the Pokemon with sand. Take a photo of Tyranitar as it roars or attacks the Lycanroc.
