Near the start of Sands (Day) at Research Level 2 or higher, you can take a 1 Star photo of Flygon by making the Vortex disappear and revealing Flygon. Toss Illumina Orbs at the three Crystablooms near the vortex to reveal Flygon and wait until Flygon starts flying away before taking a photo to get a 1 Star.

Take the alternate route in Sands (Night) at Research Level 2 and wait until you approach the three large holes in the sand. Toss a Fluffruit at the Flygon inside the first hole to wake it up. Take a photo of the Flygon as it flies upward out of the hole to get a 2 Star photo.

To take a 3 Star photo of Flygon, Pass through the alternate route in Sands (Night) at Research Level 2 and toss a Fluffruit at the Flygon inside the first large hole to wake it up. Once Flygon is awake, it will start flying upward out of the hole before shaking the dust off itself. Take a photo of Flygon as it shakes off the dust.

At the start of Sands (Day), there will be a sand vortex in the middle of 3 crystablooms. Throw Illumina orbs at the 3 crystablooms for the vortex to disappear. Next, throw a fluffruit on the ground where the vortex was for a Flygon to come pick it up. Snap a close-up photo of the Flygon picking it up to achieve the 4 star photo!
