Set Mission Challenge Level to Challenge I

The difficult thing about this trophy is not because achieving a five star rating is difficult. It's because the AI of your teammates can be a bit careless and cause them to just jump into battle without hesitation.

Setting the difficulty level to Challenge I will make the enemies weaker making it easier for your opponents to defeat them, thus lowering the chance of them getting damaged.

To change a mission's Challenge Level, hover your cursor over the mission icon and then press □ to bring the Challenge Level menu. Choose Challenge Level I to bring down the difficulty level.

Eliminate The AIM Squad

The easiest objective for you to accomplish this trophy is to find a mission with an eliminate the AIM squad objective. Bring out your best offensive character and use all of your heroics at once. Hopefully, before your opponents get to where you are, you have eliminated at least 3 of your targets.

This would be easier if you have Iron Man and his micro-rockets and with equipment that boosts your ranged attack. Target the AIM squad from afar and eliminate as many targets as you can.
