Objective 1: Complete Rocket's Red Glare mission

Objective 2: Perform Rally Cries (5 times)
The easiest way is to enter a long mission such as War Zones and play through it very slowly to allow the Rally Cry to charge. If you have equipment that boosts the charge of Support Heroics, then, equip them to make this faster.
Alnternatively, you can also just enter a mission, find some bad guys, and use Rally Cry. Then, exit the mission and redo it five times to accomplish this goal.
Objective 3: Block attacks with the shield (25 times)
The easiest way to do this is to find a Prime Adept Synthoid. They have a multiple ranged attack that spreads in a wide arc. Time your shield right and you can instantly block 2-3 attacks.
If you're lucky and they happen to hit you with that attack while you are exactly in front of them, you may be able to block up to 5 or 6 attacks!
Objective 4: Earn SHIELD faction XP (500 XP)
Just speak with Alisande Morales, the SHIELD faction coordinator, who is found at the command deck of the Chimera. She has SHIELD assignments for you daily. Choose the easiest ones to do such as defeating Proto-Synthoids. Pick three as each one awards 200 faction XP.

Objective 5: Earn Inhuman Alliance faction XP (500 XP)
Just speak with Sarah Garza who is found at the Ant Hill just beside the War Table. She has Inhuman Alliance assignments for you daily. Choose the easiest ones to do such as collecting items from fallen enemies or simply defeating a War Zone. Pick three as each one awards 200 faction XP.

I do want to note that beam attacks count as multiple rapid hits on Caps shield for the 25 hit challenge, so one or two beam turrets can get it done almost instantly but it will drop your Intrinsic Meter just as fast
