How to Replay (Restart) the Campaign

This guide will show you how to replay the Campaign mode, Reassemble, in the Marvel's Avenger game. Read more to find out if you can replay the story, and how to do so!

Can You Replay Campaign Missions?

As of now, you cannot

Unfortunately, you cannot normally replay campaign missions. This means that once you finish a story mission, the collectibles you missed become unobtainable afterwards.

The developers, Crystal Dynamic, have stated that they are currently exploring a way to allow players to replay the campaign mission, although details about features like a New Game+ are not yet known.

Perhaps they made campaign unplayable afterwards to encourage players to collect everything in one go and explore, or perhaps it is to push players towards the multiplayer with repeatable missions. Either way, you cannot replay it... unless you restart your campaign.

How to Restart The Campaign

The only way to replay story missions is to restart the entire campaign. The only way to do this for PC is to delete your save file for the Avengers. Take note, this will remove all your progress and have you start from square one again. Alternatively, for PS4, you can either do that or play Avengers in a brand new profile so that you keep your save data on your main profile while being able to replay the story. However, any items and collectibles gained will not translate back to your main profile.

Step 1: Go to Settings in Your PS Screen

In your PS Home Screen, select settings, which would be the toolbox at the right hand side.

Step 2: Go to Storage and Select the Device Your Saved Data Is In

Scroll down and select Storage, and then select the device your save is in. Most likely it will be in System Storage.

Step 3:Select Saved Data and Select Marvel's Avengers

Select the Saved Data category, then open up the Marvel's Avengers folder.

Step 4: Delete Both Files

There should be two files in there. Delete them both.

PC

This guide under the assumption you did a standard install.

Step 1: Access Your Documents

You can access your documents by going to the windows explorer. To the lefthand bar of the explorer there should a shortcut for Documents under This PC. Alternatively, you can type it into the address bar and search for it.

Step 2: Access Marvel's Avengers Folder

There will be a folder labelled Marvel's Avengers; open it.

Step 3: Delete The Contents of the Numbered Folder

Inside the Marvel's Avengers folder is a folder with a string of numbers as its title. Open it and delete both files in it.
