For the Bathe in Golden Blood hidden achievement, you must first obtain The Oldest Fable achievement. This will reward you with the Chrysos Spirt Bath Soak.

HSR Bathe in Golden Blood - Bathe with Chrysos Spirit Bath Soak

Once you have the Chrysos Spirit Bath Soak, go to the Party Car and click on Select Bath Soak at the bathtub in the Trailblazer's Room.

Simply place the Chrysos Spirit Bath Soak in the tub and have the Trailblazer take a bath to get the achievement!
