Speak with Cyrene at Aedes Elysiae

HSR Like Rippling Waves at First Sight - Cyrene Location

Teleport to the Sacrament Courtyard Space Anchor at Aedes Elysiae and head west to find Cyrene's memory. Simply peak with her to get the achievement.

If you only see the younger version of Cyrene on the swing, you might need to speak with her first to unlock the weekly Memory Crystal Shard interaction. The older version of Cyrene should appear soon after.
