HSR Silence! The Beating of My Heart! Location

From the Heartburn Wound Space Anchor in F1 of Radiant Scarwood Grove of Epiphany, reach F2 by going up the nearby wooden ramp. Go forward until you reach the west side. Upon standing near the edge, you should get a prompt to observe a heart's remains.
