To get the Not All Grapes Make Good Wine hidden achievement, you need to go to the wine pit in the courtyard of the Warbling Shores. Use the Ariose Fountain Courtyard Space Anchor and head west. From there, follow the path up the stairs until you see the wine pit.

Talk to Spirithief Bartholos

Honkai Star Rail - Talk to Spirithief Bartholos

You'll see Spirithief Bartholos just beside the wine pit. Talk to it and you'll fight it in a battle. Finish the battle and you'll get the achievement.

It should be noted that you have to talk to Bartholos again after the fight in order to get the achievement.
