This is such a horrible message to people. Only follow this if you consider pulling just for meta. But in terms of if you like someone, of course you should pull for them no matter their meta value or how strong they are. Most characters from 3.0 will still be able to clear story and overworld content perfectly well. Perhaps the endgame meta will change for them, but otherwise they will still remain strong.

She will work with him for sure, Hoyo is not that dumb, the idea of her able to be played by every 3.0 patch char should be obvious, the more places she can fit more money, phainon cerydra cyrene and sunday probably his bis, but who knows, have to wait.
omfg... Cyrene is coming. I kinda hope she works with Phainon. But even if she doesn't, I will still pull for her. I always loved Kevin and Elysia. it's a given I will pull for both of their expy's in HSR: They're both fucking gorgeous.
Just forget your other team and get new units, we're close to 4.0, huge spike coming, Evernight and Cyrene way higher priority than to save Firefly, Evernight on E0 is stronger than E4 Firefly with her best team, and newer units will be stronger than even Castorice or Phainon E2 at E0, don't waste your resources on ourdated stuff.

That's a lie, even E0 Phainon is stronger than E2 Firefly. This guy is like the best dps in the game right now.
Eh how come? I use Firefly & Phainon too in recent MOC both E1 no light cone. Firefly using On the Fall of an Aeon, good build - 8.5 cycle T.T But Phainon using Arlan 4star LC, mid build - 1.5 cycle Now I'm here debating whether should I use my Cerydra funds to save my other team..... My other DPS need at least E2 cons to be on comfortable spot.. :(
It all depends on how your supports are built, to be honest. Phainon's dmg is all about how his supports are built
Perfect build on him yet dmg wise my firefly does much more dps ( in 8 turns ) i have both e2 r1 Phainon reches 350 crit dmg and 100 crit rate and 3200 atk while firefly 480 break and 2500 atk Guess firefly e2 is better than Phainon e2 :'(
I'm saying there are a lot of commentators on this page who post sexual things about child characters. There are a lot of pedo's on game8.co. Apparently the mods won't screen the comments. I advise you against going on any builds that have child characters. The comment pages are full of pedophiles. Unfortunately, the pedo's often come on pages like Phainon's to spread their sick fantasies here as well
