Marathon Release Date and Time
Delayed Indefinitely
Marathon, after rumors of a delay in release date, has finally pushed its September 23, 2025 release for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam to an undisclosed date. The initial release date announcement was made during the first gameplay reveal last April 12, before the pull out of marketing plans for the game.
Closed Alpha Test
Marathon's closed Alpha Test is officially underway, giving eager players their first chance to dive into the game. The test began on April 23, at 10 a.m. PDT and will run until May 4, at 10 a.m. PDT. Those interested in joining the action can sign up for a chance to participate through the game's official Discord server.
Is Marathon on Xbox Game Pass?

Is Marathon on PS Plus?
Marathon has not been announced for PS Plus.
Is Marathon on Nintendo Switch Online?
