he requires Harmony characters (buffers) in party, because of how his ultimate works. Gets "Coreflame" instead of energy whenever targetted by ally or enemy skills.

is phainon reccomended to be pulled for newbie? like is he can carry me until endgame? i just started my account but i still confused if he relly on his team comps or not. and yes, im f2p. please tell me if he good until endgame
For Phainon specifically I'd go with either Lynx or Gallagher because they are single-target skill (gives him coreflames). Hyacine and Lingsha are good healers overall, but they don't fit Phainon's kit as well* since they don't have any targeted buffs, only whole-party. *opinion, not tested via numbers
Who is the best healer for him if you don't have Houhou? I have lingsha, Gallagher, lynx and hynacine

He didnt get energy, instead he get coreflame when tingyun or other energy restoration chara gives him energy.. its on his trace.
Don't. Cerydra is the Sparkle of 3.X. BiS for 1-2 DPS and that's it. If you are willing to spend 25-26k jades for that, you do you.

I have E6 Bronya. Should I still pull Cerydra? Bronya seems to have good synergy with Sunday and Phainon atm
