Explanation

Past and Future has decent base stats since it's a 4-star Light Cone. When the wearer user their skill, Past and Future allows the wearer to increase the DMG of the next ally taking action.

With this, Past and Future is a solid Light Cone for most Harmony characters as long as you SPD tune them to act after the DPS.

Do note that you do not need to SPD tune Bronya to trigger the ability of this Light Cone since her Skill allows an ally to immediately take action!
