For this Free-to-Play team, Dan Heng and March 7th (The Hunt) are your best DPS options since Phantylia the Undying is weak to Wind and Imaginary. Yukong provides ATK, CRIT Rate, and CRIT DMG buffs while Lynx heals and dispels the Prana-Siphon debuff for the party.

Acheron works well here since her Skill and Ultimate can hit multiple targets and reduce their Toughness simultaneously. Pela provides DEF reduction to multiple enemies using her Ultimate.
Jiaoqiu increases the damage enemies take with Ashen Roast and the Ultimate DMG enemies take which is great for Acheron. Aventurine provides team-wide shields and increases the CRIT DMG enemies take. His shields also increase Effect RES for the party.

Rappa does great against Phantylia since her abilities hit multiple enemies and can easily inflict Weakness Break on her Lotuses. Trailblazer (Imaginary) increases Break Effect and allows the party to deal Super Break DMG.
Ruan Mei provides a lot of offensive buffs and increased Break Efficiency for the team. Lingsha heals and cleanses debuffs for the party while also dealing Break DMG of her own.

Feixiao does well against Phantyia since she and her Lotuses are weak to Wind. Her Ultimate can also ignore enemy Weaknesses. With March 7th (The Hunt) and Aventurine, Feixiao can easily get stacks of Flying Aureus thanks to their Follow-Up Attacks.
March 7th (The Hunt) increases Feixiao's SPD while also providing extra damage. Aventurine increases the CRIT DMG enemies take and provides shields and Effect RES for the team.

How to Beat Phantylia the Undying
Bring a Shielder or Healer
Phantylia the Undying has three phases. With this, it's necessary to bring a healer for your team to survive until the end of the fight. In addition, you can also bring a shielder like Gepard or Aventurine if you need more survivability!
Cleanse Prana-Siphon Debuff
Phantylia the Undying summons Lotuses to assist her during the boss fight. Specifically, the Destruction Lotus it summons during Phase 2 and 3 will try to inflict Prana-Siphon to allies which decreases their Maximum Recoverable HP by 30% for 2 turns.
With this, don't forget to bring a character that can remove debuffs such as Luocha and Natasha when fighting Phantylia the Undying!
Use Cloudhymn Roar Effectively
During the fight, the Imbibitor Lunae will aid you in battle by allowing you to use Cloudhymn Roar.
Using Cloudhymn Roar may finish Phantylia the Undying's Lotuses and when used at the right time, will also break Phantylia the Undying's shield!
