This build takes advantage of Ramza's unique features of having female MA growth, 97 Faith, and his ability to equip Excalibur to cast Holy over and over again with Arithmeticks. The Samurai's Shirahadori ability protects from physical attacks in case enemies get close to Ramza.

The best job for Ramza is his unique Gallant Knight class, with both Ninja and Black Mage being good alternatives. Ramza's unique Gallant Knight class has great stat growths for both PA and MA and has fantastic equipment options, allowing Ramza to fulfill almost any role required for the team.
Ninja is a purely offensive build aimed at maximizing PA and Speed to quickly kill enemies, perfect for assassination missions later in the game.
Black Mage leans towards maximizing magic damage, aided by Ramza's ability to reach 97 permanent Faith without leaving the party unlike other units.
