Defeated enemies leave behind a countdown timer. When it reaches 0, they will turn into a crystal which will create a light source that helps light up the darkness. Once all enemies turn to crystal, the floor will be completely lit up!

Note: Obtaining the Crystal will only restore HP/MP, but will cause the room the darken. Avoid grabbing the crystals to keep the floor lit.

The TIGER map layout features a giant wall as its major movement obstacle. Equipping the Fly ability from the Dancer and Bard or the very expensive Teleport from the Time Mage can negate this obstacle.

In lieu of Fly, you can tap the Thief line for Movement +2 to help your units move around the wall more quickly.

Holy Sword and Black Magic are Effective

The layout of the TIGER dungeon map is narrow and long, like a twisting corridor. In this environment, Black Magick, Holy Sword and other similar area-based attacks can do great work clearing out enemies.

Even without the aid of Arithmeticks, high-level Black Magick spells like Firaja can wipe groups of enemies.

Best Job Tier List

The Loot is at Spawn

Notably, all the Buried Treasure in TIGER is located in the spawning zone. Your Treasure Hunter won't have to walk far to claim powerful gear like the Blaster, Ninja Gear, and Cursed Ring.

Best Characters and Units

Best Characters to Use
Ramza Beoulve IconRamza
Agrias Oaks IconAgrias
Cidolfus Orlandeau IconOrlandeau
Rapha Galthena IconRapha
Black Mage IconBlack Mage Monk IconMonk

Ramza in his Gallant Knight job can fill the role of both frontline attacker and support with Mettle, providing buffs such as Tailwind and Shout. Agrias and Orlandeau both have access to Holy Sword, giving them area sword attacks to clear enemies with.

Rapha's naturally low Bravery makes her the best choice for dedicated Treasure Hunter, while a Black Mage with Arithmeticks can deal heavy damage to all units when set up correctly.

Monks also have access to ranged melee attacks, including Shockwave and Aurablast, and can make the most of the close quarters.

Best Characters to Use
Ninja IconNinja Summoner IconSummoner Archer IconArcher

Ninjas that equip Brawler can also become a powerful super Monk that combines unarmed attacks with high speed and Dual Wield. With Monk Martial Arts equipped, they can handle both ranged and melee fighting.

Archers have an arc to their bow attack that might help target enemies that are close to your front line. Summoners can use their summoned creatures to deliver attacks or buffs over a very wide area.

These tiles have a chance to reward either normal or rare drops, or activate a trap. To increase your chances of getting the rare drops, your dedicated Treasure Hunter unit should have low Bravery.

Rapha is one of the best Treasure Hunters in the game due to her naturally low Bravery, but any unit that you've lowered their Bravery can function as your Treasure Hunter unit to get the rare equipment Cursed Ring, Ninja Gear, and Blaster!

How to Increase or Decrease Bravery

TIGER Recruitable Characters

No Special Recruitable Characters

There are no special recruitable characters in DELTA. However, you can recruit both human units and monsters from the floor if you have a unit with the Entice or Tame abilities respectively.

Reis is one of the best monster recruiters in the game since she naturally has both Tame and Beast Tongue in her base Dragonkin job.
