To unlock Dragoon, you will need to reach certain levels in the jobs listed above. It's recommended to equip and spam the Focus Ability during random fights so that you can level up the required jobs quickly.

Stat growths are used to calculate how much a character's stats are increased when levelling up. As for adjustments, they are used to modify a unit's base stats when changing jobs, so that it's in line with how the job should perform.

To get this trophy, you will simply need to damage enemies with Jump abilities 5 times. This can easily be done as long as you're using the Dragoon Job, as long as you're landing hits and the enemies lose HP when hit.
