How to Unlock Squire
No Requirements to Unlock
This job doesn't have any unlock requirements, and is available by default. Since this is a Level 1 Job, it's a basic class that any character can use, and you'll need to level this up to unlock other, more advanced, Jobs.
Ramza Uses a Special Version of Squire
Also, as a note, Ramza has a Special version of Squire that's exclusive to him. It has better stats, Abilities, and usable equipment compared to the regular Squire, making it much more useful than the Generic one.
When you reach Chapter 4 of the main story, Ramza's Squire will turn into Gallant Knight. It's essentially the same Job, with the exception of new Action Abilities and usable equipment.

Stat Growth and Adjustments
Stat growths are used to calculate how much a character's stats are increased when levelling up. As for adjustments, they are used to modify a unit's base stats when changing jobs, so that it's in line with how the job should perform.

To get this trophy, you will need to equip Counter Tackle and have the reaction go off. Unless you're very unlucky or don't have this equipped, you should get this naturally while playing the game.
