Open Up the Main Menu

Main Menu tab

You will first need to open up the Main Menu in the game so that you can access your Units.

Select the Units Tab and Choose a Unit

Unit tab

From there, select the Units tab and choose the Unit of your choice.

Select the Job Tab and Choose a Job

Job tab

Once you've accessed the Unit, select the Job tab on the left and choose the specific job you want for that Unit.

Certain Jobs Have Level Requirements

Do note that Jobs in the game will require level requirements for you to equip them to a certain Unit.

Changing Jobs Can't Be Done During Battle

Additionally, you can't change jobs during battle. You will have to access the Main Menu once you're on the World Map.
