Stat growths are used to calculate how much a character's stats are increased when levelling up. As for adjustments, they are used to modify a unit's base stats when changing jobs, so that it's in line with how the job should perform.

Bronze Bronze Trophy Corrupted Souls
Deal the felling blow to five enemies with the White Magick ability "Holy."
► Holy Ability Effects and JP Cost

To get this trophy, you will need to use Holy to kill 5 enemies. It's best to do this against weaker enemies so that you won't have to worry about your characters dying, and it'll be very likely that enemies die from the spell cast.
