Chapter 1 Dialogue Choices and Effects
Argath at Mandalia Plain

When Ramza and his allies meet Argath for the first time in Chapter 1, choose the first option to get permanent bravery points for your Units.
Later in the chapter, Argath's lines during the battle at Ziekden Fortress will reflect the choice Ramza made here.

During Chapter 2, upon arriving at Araguay Woods and seeing a Chocobo, choose the second option to get more bravery points for your Units.
How to Recruit Boco and Overview
Mustadio at Zaland

At the opening of the battle at the Castled City of Zaland, you'll be given the choice of what to do about Mustadio, who is under threat from the enemy.
The second option provides a tempting offer, given it awards more Bravery Points for your Units in exchange for protecting Mustadio.
However, we recommend the first option given that Mustadio's AI can behave in a risky manner, running directly at the enemies before you can close the distance. The choice will not affect the ability to recruit Mustadio.

Flower Peddler at Sal Ghidos

You can encounter a mysterious Flower Peddler in the Trade City of Sal Ghidos. Talking to her one of the many of tasks you'll need to accomplish for you to recruit Cloud. It is recommended to select the second option given that the first locks you out from recruiting Cloud.
Beowulf at the Mining Town of Gollund

In Chapter 4, you'll be able to kick off the Secrets Beneath Goug side quest chain by visiting Goug with Mustadio in the party. Later on, you'll visit Lesalia and see a cutscene with Beowulf, and get the choice to hire him or not.
We recommend allowing him to join, as he is a fine addition to your party given his access to good equipment. Recruiting Beowulf is also mandatory for completing the quest line and recruiting both him and Reis.

The Walls of Fort Besselat
Before the Battle at Fort Besselat, you'll have the choice of whether or not to attack the North or South Wall.
While some factors like map layout and enemy makeup of the two maps can influence your choice, each map also differs in terms of buried treasure.
