No Requirements to Unlock
This job doesn't have any unlock requirements, and is available by default. Since this is a Level 1 Job, it's a basic class that any character can use, and you'll need to level this up to unlock other, more advanced, Jobs.

Stat growths are used to calculate how much a character's stats are increased when levelling up. As for adjustments, they are used to modify a unit's base stats when changing jobs, so that it's in line with how the job should perform.

To get this trophy, you will need to throw a supportive item to heal an ally 5 times. This is very easy to achieve, especially early on when you don't have other forms of healing yet.
