There is no New Game Plus in Final Fantasy Tactics - The Ivalice Chronicles. After defeating the final boss and watching the credits roll, you can load your save file to just before you take on Orbonne Monastery and the succeeding battles in Mullonde and the Airship Graveyard.

You can then explore the world, continue completing sidequests and even take the Midlight's Deep optional dungeon!
