Fifer's Spire can be reached by traveling east from Reeve by ship and then heading north along the land.

Fifer's Spire Strategy Guide

Get the Echo Flute

By dropping down from the rope on floor 5, you can open the four treasure chests in the center of floor 3. Inside you can egt the Echo Flute, which can be used to make collecting the 6 Orbs easier.

You May Choose Not to Obtain It

Although it is not a necessary tool, it may be useful to have when you are having some difficulties in searching for the Orbs. So if you are within the area of Fifer's Spire, you may choose to collect it.
