Things to Do at the Church

Confession

Dragon Quest 3 - Confession 2

The Confession option allows the player to save the progress of their adventure in the game. Hover and select the Confession option, and you will be asked to save your progress in one of three save slots.

You will be able to pick up from where you saved when you boot your game back up.

Divination

Dragon Quest 3 - Divination 1

The Divination option allows the player to see how much EXP the party needs to level up.

Purification

Dragon Quest 3 - Purification 1

Selecting the Purification option allows party members who have been inflicted by poison to be healed of it. in exchange for gold.

Benediction

Dragon Quest 3 - Benediction 1

The Benediction process is similar to the Purification process, except it's to dispel curses instead of poison.

Resurrection

Dragon Quest 3 - Resurrection 1

Resurrection allows the priest to ressurrect your dead party members back to life in exchange for gold.

This price will go up based on the level of the party member so keep that in mind when resurrecting!

You Cannot Resurrect Party Members in the Inn

Dragon Quest 3 - Inn

Inns will not resurrect party members when resting in them since resting will only restore your HP and MP back to full.

You will have to use the Resurrection service or spells and items to revive party members.

Nun

Towns with a nun or a church building will have the Church symbol noted down on their maps. Look for their three-pronged grey symbol on the map to locate these buildings or NPCs.
