How to Beat Orochi

Keep Your Party's HP High

Orochi can easily deal a lot of damage with Flame Breath and two attacks per turn. Make sure that your party's HP is always topped up so that you don't accidentally lose a member.

Setup Buffs and Debuffs

This fight can easily get out of hand if you're not prepared, so take some time at the beginning of the battle to set up your buffs and debuffs.

Use Oomph to double the damage of a character and Kabuff to increase the entire party's defense. Also, cast Sap on Orochi to reduce their defense, making them take massive damage from your characters with Oomph.

Fire Attacks are Ineffective

Fire-based attacks are useless against Orochi, so don't bother casting those types of spells at all. Instead, consider using other elements, like the Crack line of spells for example.

Leave Through the Portal

At the end of the fight, a portal will appear to lead you out of the dungeon. Make sure you leave through the portal, otherwise, Orochi will respawn and you'll have to fight them again.
