Rest or Stay the Night at an Inn
You can restore your MP by resting or staying the night at inns, which can be generally found in towns. Do note that you will need to pay the innkeeper a certain amount to avail of their services.
Use Service Call From Merchant
You can use the Service Call ability from the Merchant to build a temporary Inn that can help you restore your MP. This ability is learned when you level up a Merchant to Lv. 17, so it is recommended to have a Merchant in your party.
Merchant Job Class and Best Personality
Use MP Recovery Items Like the Prayer Ring or Magic Water
Items such as the Prayer Ring or Magic Water can help restore the MP of your characters in the game. The Prayer Ring can be used multiple times to recover MP, but it will eventually wear off and break.
Level Up to Restore MP
Characters can recover their full MP once they've leveled up from battle. This feature can be useful when grinding XP, as it removes the precaution of conserving MP when exploring in the game.

How to Max Out MP
Increase Wisdom Stat
You generally increase your maximum MP by leveling up, but the Wisdom stat affects the growth rate of your MP for your characters. If you have a high Wisdom stat, then the growth rate of your maximum MP will also increase.
It is recommended that you use Seeds of Wisdom to increase the stat value of your Wisdom stat, which enables you to increase the growth rate of your maximum MP.
